## The problem

Mass education was designed around scarce teaching capacity: too few teachers, too many children, one room, and one pace. KIKO Learn is being built to add teaching capacity inside the physical classroom.

## How KIKO Learn works

### Lead

When a teacher is missing, KIKO can deliver a structured shared lesson under the supervision of a local school adult.

### Assist

When a teacher is present, KIKO can take repetitive work, help make student understanding visible, and give the teacher more reach and time.

### Tutor

When one learner needs more support, KIKO can slow down, translate, draw, repeat, and continue from where the learner stopped.
